About the Journal

Reciis has been published since 2007 by the Institute of Communication and Scientific and Technological Information in Health (Instituto de Comunicação Informação Científica e Tecnológica em Saúde – Icict) of Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fundação Oswaldo Cruz – Fiocruz).

This is an interdisciplinary open-access peer-reviewed quarterly published journal with no fees charged, thus no article processing charges (APC). It publishes original texts of interest within the areas of communication, information, and health in Portuguese, English, Spanish or French. 

Submissions to Reciis can happen at any time. Only for texts submitted to thematic dossiers, there is a specific period, as indicated in the News.

Issues are published in March, June, September, and December, with the possibility of ahead of print.

There are no article processing charges (APC), which include evaluation, editing, publication, distribution and acess of submitted manuscripts.

Prorrogado até 02 de abril o prazo de envio de artigos para o dossiê Cuidados-em-interação: práticas, saberes e reflexividade na saúde

Vai até o dia 02 de abril o novo prazo para envio de artigos originais para o dossiê Cuidados-em-interação: práticas, saberes e reflexividade na saúde (v. 18, 2024).

São bem-vindas as contribuições originais que abordem os cuidados em saúde numa perspectiva interacionista e que se dediquem aos estudos sobre a fala-e-o-corpo-em-interação. O dossiê abre-se a abordagens na matriz analítica da Análise da Conversa Etnometodológica e em outras correntes teóricas que subsidiem as reflexões sobre os fenômenos interacionais observados.

O dossiê tem o objetivo de mobilizar o conceito cuidados-em-interação, compreendendo a noção de interação como indissociável e constitutiva da comunicação.

Para isso, lança duas perguntas iniciais:

- Como a interatividade está sendo operada em diferentes ambientes e cenas, sobretudo com relação a temas da saúde?

- De que formas as abordagens microanalíticas dos estudos sobre as interações podem contribuir para a compreensão dos processos sociais?
