Abordagens e métodos da tradução do conhecimento em saúde pública: uma revisão internacional de escopo

A relevância do diálogo com a sociedade sobre temas de ciência, saúde e tecnologia é uma discussão recorrente no campo da comunicação científica, evidenciando a importância do processo de tradução do conhecimento, isto é, a aplicação de resultados de pesquisas na vida real a partir de práticas baseadas em evidências. Esta pesquisa é uma revisão internacional de escopo, que objetivou analisar as abordagens acerca da tradução do conhecimento em saúde pública e descobrir quais métodos utilizados aparecem mais presentes na literatura científica. Os 36 estudos que compuseram o corpus da pesquisa foram categorizados em quatro grupos: disseminação do conhecimento, síntese de evidências, aplicação e intercâmbio. Ressalta-se a escassez da produção científica centrada nessa temática e conclui-se com uma reflexão sobre a relevância da incorporação da cultura do processo de tradução do conhecimento científico para as políticas de saúde, destacando perspectivas para novos estudos.
