UNAL online experts - another stage of consultation on health issues

This article applies to a new space for consultation on health issues being conducted by the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon (UANL), UNAL Expert Online is a portal run by professionals who aim to guide those who need guidance on these issues. Currently, Internet permeates daily life of the people, which has led to diversify its uses, in this sense, this is a portal to cope with these new challenges and demands of society. The research carried out on this service, it analyzes and reflects in behavior of experts and consultants, having as theoretical support computer-mediated communication (CMC) and symbolic interaction. By analyzing message content of both the expert and the consultant, the aim was to detect the mechanisms that characterize the interaction in this scenario, how is the link established between them. In turn, this portal is a way of popularizing science, it is society that demands an answer to these specialists and guidance in the areas of health, in accessible language.Downloads
